When auto gearbox gets warm, it only engages 1st gear and does not want to move in any other gear.

When cold operates all gears. As gearbox warms up, it only engages 1st gear so have to drive very slowly, This is a reconditioned gearbox put in at 200,000kms

The most likely causes for the shifting issue is as follows;

Blown fuse to the PCM controller
Faulty vehicle speed sensor (VSS)
Shorted second gear control solenoid
Faulty transmission controller (PCM)
