The transmission is good for 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear levels, but at 4th when acheives speed about 70 MPH it quickly jumps to neutral position!
the 5th gear passes but when I release the pedal it jumps to neutral too!

any idea?

Make sure the trans fluid is clean and full. Also, if any warning lights have come on, have the computer scanned for trouble codes. (Is this a manual transmission?) If it is, are you sure the clutch isn't slipping?

It could be syncros, bearing issue. If the clutch is new, I will assume is isn't slipping. If that is the case, the trans needs removed and inspected.

Thank you for the prompt reply!
Today, something happened and hope this would like to emphasize somethings : I was running with a medium speed for about 30 minutes, stopped to fill in some fuel, once I started the engine again only the reverse gear passed! It got blocked, checked the oil and found that more than 50% of oil has been lost, added some oil and worked just fine, but the problem of the 5th and 4th position still persists :( what would like this to be?
