Why won't my heat and A/C turn on?

I would take it back and have them recheck their work. They could have damaged a ground, unplugged something. Regardless, the installer should be responsible for the repairs.

If you want, check to make sure no fuses were blown and check under the dash to see if anything was left unplugged.
