1997 mustang gears

Um my 1997 mustang is grinding a little bit when goin into second gear does that mean my tranny going out are that i need to change the sincronizer

it can be the syncronizer or you aren't getting a good clutch movement or not pushing it in all the way. If it is the syncro the trans has to comeout and all apart. it may be a shifter problem as well by not engaging the gear all the way.
