The heater blower doesn't work

i have a KA2 1997, 1299cc the heater blower doesn't work but the rear heated window does and the only way i get any heat in the car is if im on the motorway doing 50 or above

we have no info on these cars. But check the fuses and blower motor relay by blower as well as resistor which will be there as well. make sure they are getting power because ifnot then it's switch problem.
