1997 Ford Falcon Hi Got Mystery Hoses Last Backyard Mechanic 1st Hose Runs

Hi,
Have got some mystery hoses from the last backyard mechanic. The 1st hose runs from the intake manifold between the air filter and the idle air controller. The second hose runs from the idle air controller itself. The sedan also has gas fitted. I have repaired most of the problems and the runs I am just not sure on these points which some assistance with would be great.
