1997 Ford Fairmont Replacing High Pressure Power Steer Hose Does Locking Nut

I am replacing the high pressure power steer hose , does it have a locking nut holding the hose in steering rack , I cant see and it is if something is stopping it from coming out .

If this is an Australian Ford, it is screwed in but rather hard to access unfortunately.
