My truck made a funny noise the other day and then the steering wheel started shaking between 20 to 35 mph. then i noticed my truck started shifting at higher rpms then normal. It doesnt make the same noise as before but it does make a different noise, it kind of sounds like grinding but i looked and cant see anything broken. What should i do? the truck has had recent work, a new starter that is still messed up, a oil pan, and some seals on the motor i do not know if this makes a difference. also sometimes when i start the truck the rpms jump from 4 to 6.
