why does the LEFT `DRIVERS SIDE~ HEADLIGHT SEEM TO BLOW OUT 80% of the time..????

why does the LEFT `DRIVERS SIDE~ HEADLIGHT SEEM TO BLOW OUT 80% of the time, as opposed to the the passengers side of domestic cars made in the USA..????

I've never had that problem. However, I have found that moisture getting into the headlight assembly can cause it to happen. Check to see if there is condensation building in the unit itself. Also, when replacing the bulb, never touch the glass portion with your fingers. The oils from your hands will cause it to fail.
