1997 Ford F 250 Ve Replaced Water Pump Since There Coolant Pooling On Top Motor

I've replaced my water pump since there was coolant pooling on top of the motor under the intake manifold. What else could cause the coolant to pool there? I've checked all hoses and no pinholes.
