1997 Ford F 150 Went Out Checked Oil 4 6 Milky Ran Hot Antifreeze Only Pan Valve

went out checked the oil in my 4.6 and it was milky never ran hot and the antifreeze is only in the oil pan not in the valve cover at all. notice antifreeze getting low with no obvious leak. i did remove the engine cooler/oil filter adapter gasket but not sure how to check & c if it is bad. i did drain my oil and removed the oil filter.

NO engine miss? no white smoke from exhaust? if yes to both then suspect intake gasket leaking
