i replaced my trans and transfer case with one of the same engine transmission and same year .but i didnt get the tourqe converter all the way in transmission and bolted it up and didnt realize it untill i went to put on the converter nuts and the flyweel wouldnt turn so i took the bellhousing bolts back out and managed to get converter all the way in put it together and it sounds like the flyweel is rubbing something while running but not by just turning engine over . any advise would be helpful thanks

Have you checked for evidence of something being hit? Did you fully tighten the bell housing before you noticed? Could you have cracked the flywheel?
