1997 Ford Explorer Long Time Heater 97 Stuck On Hot Now Sudden Today Switched

For a long time the heater in my 97 explorer was stuck on hot. Now all of the sudden today it switched and is stuck on cold. Any ideas.

I figured it out the blend door was stuck. Thanks
