starter bolts are seized

I have a 97 ford explorer awd xlt 5.0 having trouble with the starter mounting bolts with not bust loose I have tried heat and lubricants. any alternatives. I need alternative on how to bust loose the mounting bolts I have used heat and lubricants. I am working with minimal hand room.

Try an impact wrench if it can be used to get to it otherwise you gonna have to keep trying with the heat and lubricant
