5.0L 2 wheel drive AOD

Transmission does not shift while accelerating until I take my foot off the gas peddal. I changed the tranny filter. Does not slip, down shifts fine, fluid levels are good. I'm at a loss on what else to check

tps controls trans shifts externally. if not the tps, then it is internal.
