how can i check to see if the cam and crank sensor are ok

GoI have replaced the cam sensor fuel pump pcm. I now have correct fuel pressure but no injector pulse i took your advice and disconnected all injectors and non essential sensors but still cannot get a pulse i dont know where to go from here
