Not runing well

The fuel filter is located in the engine compartment, between the fuel tank and fuel rail-1.9L engine's underside. The picture below shows the retaing clips that need removed to take off the fuel lines. Make sure the fuel system pressure has been removed. Remove the retaining clips and the fuel lines. Place a rag under the filter to catch any fuel that leaks. Now, remove the screw from the mount which holds the filter in place and remove the filter. Reverse procedure to replace.
