my cooling fan runs all the time

I have 1997 ford escort 2.0 .goes off only when I disconnect the battery. why is doing this? first; the main 100 amps went bad . I replaced then the battery went bad I CHANGED then alternator got bad I changed . is okey now but the coolin fan now stays on all the time.

maybe relay or temp switch?

I have change the tmp zensor but did no diference and Ican not find the relay. wehere is the located?
