repair head light and tail lights

1997 ford e250 cargo van. After installation of new head lamp (drivers side) the lamp still does not work, passenger side lamp does work.

Note instament panel lights are not working and brake lights do work but tail lights do not!

check your fuses first. if they are ok, go to the sockets and test for power. if it has power, then the grounds may be the issue
