My trans coolant line broke and I drove about 5 blocks to get home.I fixed the line but now when I hit the gas around 40-45 it revs but does not go any faster why. It does drive but only up to 30mph or so. Could it be I put to much trans fluid in I put 5 quarts in after it broke because it looked like alot ran out. It sputters and stuff I just put in a new engine in 2009

If you ran all the trans fluid out, you may have damaged the clutches. As far as the trans fluid level, make sure it is full. If you lost a lot, 5 qts may not even be enough. Check it with the engine hot, running and the vehicle in park.
