fan control relay gatting off

ihave ford crown vectoria 1997 model i have a problem is radiator fan is not working , it start with ac on and then in 30 sec go off and never start again causing very high temp. i already change the fan new , i chake the replay ( low speed control) its gatting off , i dont know where is control of this relay please help.
