Ford contour airbags

I have a 97 ford contour, airbag is flashing code 32, What does this mean? I have been told clock sensor and other things. Need to repair to reset module. And where and how do you reset the module? THANX Walt

AIRBAG DTC 32 - High resistance or open in driver-side air bag circuit. Most likely causes are poor connection where clockspring connects to main wiring harness, open circuit or high resistance in clockspring, open circuit or high resistance in air bag or faulty wiring. To reset the trouble code you must use a diagnostic scan tool capable of scanning SRS (supplemental restraint system)
