Replace Head Gasket on the Engine should I have the Head Shave Car need ran hot but Water was in the Oil Dip Stick but not on the Valve Cover .

yes, it should have been cut and pressure checked for cracks.

along with that, did you find the reason the head gasket blew??? It does not just go bad, it is the result of overheating, not the cause
