how do I change the glow plugs on my bravo td 75

I have a 14 year old Bravo td 75, and I need to change the glow plugs. What has to be dismantled to get to them? They appear to be inaccessible

Hi The glow plugs screw into the cylinder head one by each injector they have a single wire going to each plug
