why wont it start?

I just changed valve cover gasket spark plugs and wires it started rode around awhile and cut off and now wont crank. What else should I try?

wont crank? you mean nothing when you turn the key or it or it turns over on the key but won't run?

It turns over and won't run. I even got it to crank again today.
