Clutch not working

I just put a new factory clutch in my 97 eagle talon tsi it worked fine at first now it grids when I try to put in gear and the pedal is harder to push in just wondering if needs adjustment and how to adjust it let me know please it just changed all a sudden?

It was just a little stiff going in gear at first now it trys to grind when I try to put in gear if it needs adjusted how do I adjust it but it still doesn't work?

Try adjusting the freeplay and pedal height

This clutch is hydraulic so there is no adjustment. You are likely losing fluid at either the master or the slave cylinders and now have air in the system. You need to find and repair the leak and then bleed the system out which won't be real easy.

You don't. It hydraulic and self adjusting. As I said, it has a hydraulic problem.
