It is the turbo version of the car.
It only backfires at full throttle around 4000 rpm.
I know I have a bad oxygen sensor on the manifold.
I have heard I should check spark plugs and boost leak and timing. I was just wondering if this info is enough to narrow down cause.

backfiring can be caused by a bunch of things. scan for codes first and check fuel pressure. then if these are original spark plugs replace those and check plug wires for resistance.
