what is a dtc code 12 on a 97 dodge

I have a 97 dodge truck, 5.2 engine auto tranny. I t started missing, and****** at coasting highway speeds. I got the dtc from it got 3 of them 12, 27, and 43. What do they mean?

12 means the battery was disconnected within the last 50 starts.

27 refers to the injector control circuit.

43 refers to the overdrive solenoid circuit.
