1997 Dodge Ram Under dash switches

I found two switches hanging next to the OBD II terminal on my Dodge Ram 1500. One is a small toggle switch and the other is a small black plunger switch. Can you tell me if they are an after market add on or if they are stock? If they are stock, what do they do?

Its not stock-its doing something else. you need to find out where its going to
