Execive black smoke, codes p0133 and p0171, new o2 sensors, upstream reading 0.000 and downstream 1040, wires are ok, new map sensor, tps, crank, idle air control, no vacuum leaks, fuel pressure ok, injectors ok. Any recommendation?

Where are you seeing those readings? From a scan tool or using a DVOM at the sensor?
