Have you had the diagnostic fault codes read? You had to remove the air bag to replace the clock spring so why do you need to know how to do it again? What is your plan of attack or what are you attempting to do? If you use a digital volt - ohm meter to do tests on the system, many have nine volt batteries inside which is what we use when we want to light off an air bag for a demonstration. All the bright yellow connectors in the initiator circuit have shorting bars across their terminals to protect people. Those will give the impression something is shorted, and if you disable them, you run the risk of popping the bag and causing injury.
