The pumps look the same but have different part numbers. The things that could be different are the mounting bolt locations, maximum pressures, or hose fittings. Look at the hose ends to see if they're the same. If they are, look at the pulley diameter and style, (v-belt vs. Serpentine belt and number of rows of grooves). If those are the same, compare the mounting bolts. If they look the same, I'd try sticking it on.
Even the remanufactured pumps without the reservoir have different part numbers. That leaves out the pulley and mounting bolt differences. Check which way both pumps rotate. On some engines the belt routing makes the pump spin backwards.
