p1765= transmission 12v supply relay control fault.possible cause bad relay,open/shorted circuit,ecm defective.how to check & where? would this also cause a p0743-torque converter solenoid circuit problem?

P1765 Could be the relay that transfers power to the TCC solenoid when activated-check the wiring back to the transmission control module
