1997 Dodge Caravan Replaced BCM Rebuilt Original Reinstalled Dealer Plugged

Replaced BCM, rebuilt original, reinstalled it. Dealer plugged in the computer
said there was no juice to the BCM. Any idea where to look? I heard Instrument
Cluster but that is a expensive guess? Any way I can trace the electric to the BCM?

it is fed by 12 power from the fuse box. check all fuses with a test light.

dealer could not find this????? you need a new shop.
