dash went out

dash panel went out on my 97 dodge grand caravan how do i fix this
hitting the top of the dash used to work doesnt any more is there a fuse i can reset and check or reset the bcm pls help

need to remove cluster take apart and solder connector pins on to the board

Hitting it won't fix a blown fuse. That is a sign of loose connector pins on the back of the cluster. They can be soldered to the copper circuits to make a better contact.
