brake system

My 1997 dodge grand caravan right front disk brake does not always release when you take your foot off the pedal. It does not happen all the time. I already change the pads-calipar-brake hose- and brake line on that side, and the problem still exists

Check bushings and pins for wear also sand and lube slide contact areas between caliper and mount. see diagram
