1997 Daihatsu Cuore Car Current Draw Approx 500 Ma Engine 3 Fuse Removed

My car has a current draw of approx. 500 MA . When the engine
#3 fuse is removed it drops to zero .What does this fuse feed or what could be my problem .I have TV / Radio repair and DIY experience, Thank you.
