No ccd message from tcm?

Hello,

This usually means that the scanner is unable to connect to the transmission control module (TCM).
It could trigger that code for few reasons:

It could be a faulty TCM.
The TCM harness is open or shorted
It could have poor electrical connection
Could also be due to an issue with the powertrain control module (PCM).
Another possibility is low battery voltage.
