More to the 97 sebring? I swaped ASD relay w/ working f/p relay no change, getting power to the coil connector, I still say it's a security issue

Pulled eng. 2 renew top end, bent valves do 2 improper t-belt install new the person who screwed up. No spark, no inj. Pulse, no pwr at cam pos. Sen. At dist, got fuel & pwr at coil conn. On dist. Tried swap f/p relay w/ asd relay no go, tried lock&unlock doors w/ key, turn sw. On 4 15 min. Still no go
