My car started to have a grinding noise when i turn the car on and also when i turn the car. When i drive the car straight it doesnt do it as much. I have check the power steering fluid and that fine. And the noise seems like its coming from the back driver side wheel. I am at a lost for what it could be. I was thinking that maybe it could be all the rust by the tire/rim but really I have no idea.

If the noise occurs when the car is standing still, about the only possible cause would be a leak in the exhaust system. Time for an inspection. Many shops will perform free exhaust inspections.
