My 97 seabring conv. Keeps blowing the ign, fuel, sarter fuse as soon as I turn key on how do I know what component is bad

Is there more then one fuse blowing?What is the number of the fuses blowing or atleast what is the fuse labeled as?

It is only the one fuse and it is called the ignitition, fuel, starter fuse

So does it blow the key as soon as you turn it to the acc run or start position?
