Is Jasper rebuilt engine of good quality and worth the money?

Recommended by shop my car is in and dont know if they are just trying to make money or being true. I read a few bad reviews and just want to know what I'm getting into.

I prefer to do my own rebuilds. But I have heard no real complaints about Jasper.
