1997 Chrysler Lhs Bad Shake Front End Feels Tire Falling Off There Play Jacked

bad shake in the front end feels like the tire is falling off but there is no play when jacked up. I have replaced the inner and outer tie rods, stabilizer bars and new tires and it hasnt changed anything. There are no unusal noises like humming or clicking

Have you checked for a bent rim? Is the hub bearing tight? Control arm bushings?
