Ok I have a 1997 chrysler lhs and the heater is not working do you think it could be the motor or a short? What does it act like if it is the motor?

When the motor is bad there will be no air flow, just as if you turned the system off.

It also could be something else other than the motor being bad. The motor can be tested. You can take plug off motor and check for voltage and apply another source of voltage(12v) to motor itself.
