What is the size wrench needed to remove the pully from the altenator

I need the size of the nut on the pully so I can buy the correct size wrenchs this is of vital importance because I need my car to continue working at my job and it is currently broken down

So a 24mm socket is correct? And also do I need anything else to remove the pully because I am trying to switch the pully onto my new altenator I got also how do I lock the pully so I can remove it with out it spinning I do not have a vise is there a way to do it with out one?

Not sure of the mm crossover. Once the nut is released, it just comes off. Easy change

Okay thank you very much Roy one last qeustion is there a way to lock the pully in place while I am trying to release the nut?

You can use a rag and hold it but we do that if we have an air gun. If not, get the pliers, they are cheap enough, about 20-25
