Why won't my car turn over?

When I put the key in the ignition, the lights will come on and so will the radio. When I try and crank it up it does nothing. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!

Do you hear the light click under the hood of the starter relay? It can be hard to tell because there will be other relays clicking at the same time. Try holding your finger on it while a helper turns the ignition switch.

The starter circuit can be broken down into four parts, and each one can be tested right at the starter relay. Do you have a voltmeter or test light?
