1997 Chevy Tahoe, power steering pump changed yesterday, today power steering fluid sprays from the fill cap area. It sprays when I am driving for it hits my belts and makes a horrible noice. What could be the problem?

If you didn't have this problem before, then you likely have severely aerated fluid. Let it sit overnight and check the fluid level before driving it. Run it for a few seconds and look at the fluid again. If it's white and foamy, let it sit some more. The air should all rise to the top eventually. If it doesn't, then you have to look for how it's getting in there.
