replacing the gasket and filter on transmission , there are 16 bolts when I drop the pan is there any spring or part that will fall into pan

No. there's nothing to worry about. After you drop the pan, the filter is snapped into the valve body. (May be on bolt to remove)
Make sure to remove any o-ring with the old filter and install the new one. And scrape the gasket mating surfaces on both the tranny and pan, if needed. Don't if it doesn't.
