Power train vibration

1997 Chevy c2500 suburban power train vibration under acceleration. not real bad but noticeable 30,000 on new GM 454 engine. The harmonic balance looks ok but is original 216000 miles, u joints seem tight.

Does the vibration only occur with vehicle motion, or can the engine be run up in park/neutral and it be felt. Is this 2 or 4 wheel drive, automatic or manual. Does the frequency of the vibration increases with vehicle speed, is it a higher frequency from the start?
