1997 Chevrolet Suburban Hi 2wd 4wd Tries Get Gear Only Trottle Car Certain

Hi. When I go in 2wd the 4wd tries to get in gear. But only when i use some trottle, or when the car is in a certain twist. Seems like an electrical problem to me. The transmission and motor has been replaced many years ago. I`m thinking that in 98 these cars came with Auto4wd. Can there be some components, (since the transmission has been replaced with a new on) that are trying to get in gear?
Im from Norway, so pleace excuse my english:).

i would look more at the transfer case. it is not supposed to randomly go into 4 wheel drive
